Growing and Evolving to Meet Our Clients’ Needs

New developments, roles and commitments at Joffe Emergency Services

2021 was an eventful and exciting year for Joffe as an organization. We expanded virtually all of our current services to schools and events, and even added some new ones in response to client requests. As of last month, we’re actively supporting more than 2,000 organizations nationwide, empowering them to confidently prevent and manage emergencies and save lives (and loving every minute of it!).

As we’ve grown our presence in the sector and our services to clients, we’ve also grown our team, both in size and in experience. For the first time, we have added two new C-level roles to our leadership team - Chief Revenue Officer Mike Ginty and Chief Operations Officer Brian Bauer - who both come with a wealth of experience and expertise. We have simultaneously brought on three division leaders - Sarah Mathew (Director of School Health Services), Alex Soltero (Director of Event Safety), and Kerry Wrenick (Director of Consultative Services) - who have each brought rich knowledge and deep passion to their respective roles. And finally, we are lucky to have a new Director of Special Projects - Cat Cecere - who is helping support both internal and external operations, communications, and resource development to ensure our clients have everything they need to stay safe, healthy and prepared.

You can read a little more about each of these new roles and team members below. And please feel free to drop them a note to say congratulations!

Mike has dedicated his career to safety and security. He started out as a Special Agent and Officer in the US Air Force, investigating felony level crimes and matters of national security, as well as providing anti-terrorism support to force protection overseas. Over the last decade, Mike has run security programs at tech industry giants like Apple and Uber. He has advised numerous start-ups, commercial property groups, and private organizations and family offices. He regularly publishes and speaks on topics regarding safety and security.
